ViVE 12

Reduce Stress and ReViVE Your Mind & Body

(For all ages)

In these stressful times, it is more important than ever to stay physically fit, mentally sharp and emotionally calm. But we don't always have time for a long wellness break. ViVE 12 to the rescue!

These powerful classes are great for everyone, providing the physical, cognitive and emotional boost you need, in just 12 minutes. This program is used by organizations, municipalities, caregivers, and families to enhance health, productivity, morale, and emotional wellness. Do these classes in the morning to start your day right, as a mid-day reset, or at the end of a long, hard day.

Each 12 minute class consists of a range of challenges, including:

-  Stretching and movement exercises to wake up your body, circulate blood, build strength, and relieve physical tension.

-  Cognitive and balance challenges to engage and energize your brain.

MAX 35

Total Brain-Body Fitness

(For Active Students & Adults)

Professionals, independent seniors, students, and athletes love these 35 minute classes, which provide comprehensive physical and mental training. Classes are engaging, easy to follow, and challenging at all levels of fitness... and with dozens of classes to choose from, the MAX program will always keep you on your toes.

Used by personal coaches, fitness centers and independent living communities, these classes target mental skills such as memory, focus, executive function and processing speed, while improving physical balance, dexterity, gait, flexibility and reaction time. It also incorporates breathing training and mindful meditation to reduce stress and enhance overall well-being.

THRIVE 35

Comprehensive Brain-Body Fitness

(For Beginners, Seniors & Those Less Active)

THRIVE is ideal for beginners, or folks who may have lost a step over the years. These 35 minute classes are fun, easy-to-follow, and cater to a wide range of fitness levels. THRIVE is used by independent living communities, assisted living facilities and personal coaches to help those with mild to moderate physical or cognitive decline.

By combining very specific physical and cognitive exercises, we challenge the brain to process information more efficiently, and the body to respond more effectively. This can be especially important in helping reduce the risk of slips and falls. All exercises can be done from a seated or standing position, with video coaches demonstrating multiple options.

There are dozens of classes to choose from, each targeting mental skills such as memory, focus, executive function and processing speed, as well as physical balance, dexterity, gait, flexibility and reaction time. They also incorporate breathing training and mindful meditation to reduce stress and enhance overall well being. The THRIVE program also includes “Focus” classes, target specific skills (i.e. Balance, Dexterity & Cardio, Timing, Memory & Visual Processing).

NEEDS FOR CLASS: Chair, blank sheet of paper and pencil/pen, reading glasses (if applicable).

BE CAREFUL: This program is best done with a partner. Exercise caution when doing this or any physical fitness program.

SPARK 15

For Dementia Care

Being the caregiver for a loved one with dementia can be difficult, frustrating and tiring. You feel helpless as you watch them get weaker physically, mentally and emotionally. You want to help but just don't know how. The SPARK program was designed for you.

These fun and engaging classes deliver a SPARK of energy and life into their day... and yours! You enjoy quality time with your loved one while helping them engage their minds and their bodies. Our video coaches provide easy-to-follow demonstrations, gently delivering a range of physical and mental stimulation. Meanwhile, you guide, protect and bond with that special person in your life.

The SPARK program is used by memory care centers and professional caregivers, and now you can enjoy this transformative program at home.

CLASS LENGTH: Approximately 15 minutes

NOTE:  The SPARK program should always be done with a caregiver or partner who can ensure the health and safety of the end user. All SPARK exercises are designed to be done from a seated position, however, many can be done standing (if the caregiver deems it safe and appropriate).
